As our House Church came together on Sunday, March 25th, anticipation filled the room as the saints drank coffee and juice and ate donuts and fruit. There were about 30 of us, including a visitor. We moved from a time of fellowship into a time of praise and worship. As I looked around the room I couldn’t help but notice that every teenager had their eyes closed and their hands lifted towards heaven in praise to their Lord. Our six children weren’t there because five are married and one is at university (she attends a House Church near her university). My heart rejoiced as I watched the teens enter in with the adults in praise and worship. We have been participating in House Church for 15+ years now. Our children were brought up in House Church and all are active in their respective churches. What a blessing as they learned from early on that they weren’t spectators but a kingdom of priests to our Lord. As I look at the young people growing up in this model of the way we do church (live life together), I am thrilled for their future as they learn to participate when we come together. A few weeks earlier a pre-teen gave a prophetic word that brought tears to the eyes of many. |

It was a pleasant, sunny afternoon much like many others in this small fishing village. There was a cool breeze coming off the waters of the Sea of Galilee, and as most days, the fishing was pretty decent. |

Although our church and Christian school generated over a million dollars a year in income, money was tight. |
